- One lifestyle change I made starting the Greatest Loser is eating healthier. Night shift makes it hard to eat healthy, but I've been buying fresh fruit every couple days, packing my lunch opposing to ordering food, and making fruit/yogurt smoothies with my blender and vegetable/fruit juice with my juicer as snacks. I hated eating healthier. I like all that greasy food, but have definitely been cutting down and feeling healthier by eating healthier!
